L'atteggiamento del fedele è il meno rispettoso verso ciò in cui dice di credere. Egli infatti crede di sapere e, quindi, non cerca più; in tal senso è molto più "povero di spirito" di chi si pone dubbi e interrogativi.
Cercare Dio è molto più vicino a Dio del credere in Dio.

The attitude of the faithful is the least respectful of what he says he believes. In fact, he thinks he knows and, therefore, no longer seeks; in this sense is much more "poor in spirit" of those who put doubts and questions.
Seeking God is closer to God's believing in God.
